All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our dropship fulfillment model, UrbanPhitzInc Vintage Designs does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
