All sales are final. UrbanPhitz Inc Vintage Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

No Exceptions

Due to the nature of our vintage and limited-edition designs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color variation due to screen display differences

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.
